Scott Rowe

Scott Rowe, PT

Chief Executive Officer

Scott has been with HealthSouth since 1997 and was previously CEO / administrator at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital in Florence, South Carolina.  He has served as CEO at HealthSouth Chattanooga Rehabilitation Hospital since 2007. Scott graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1996 with a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy. In 2002, he received a master’s degree in business administration from Francis Marion University with a certificate in health management from the Medical University of South Carolina. Scott’s community involvement has included serving as the chairman of the American Heart Association’s Heart Walk, a member of the Chancellor’s Roundtable at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and a member of the Physical Therapy Program Advisory Board for the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
Amjad Munir

Amjad M. Munir, M.D.

Medical Director

Dr. Munir is a board-certified physician with the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with a sub-specialty in pain medicine. He is also board-certified with the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine. In addition to his work as a physiatrist, he is also a certified physical therapist. Dr. Munir completed his residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York and his doctorate of medicine was earned from Sind Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan.

Amjad M. Munir, M.D. is an independent private practice physician whose office is located at the hospital.

Woody Brauer

Woody Brauer

Director of Plant Operations

Woody has been with HealthSouth since 2003. His previous experience includes 22 years in medical-surgical, pediatric and psychiatric hospitals. He has an associate’s degree in electrical engineering and a bachelor’s degree from Covenant College. Woody serves as the hospital's safety officer and security officer.

Cinthia Campbell

Cinthia Campbell

Chief Nursing Officer

Cindy has been with HealthSouth since 2010. She has more than 20 years of registered nurse experience in the acute care setting, working in medical-surgical, emergency room and critical care. When she joined HealthSouth she worked as a nursing supervisor and then briefly as our infection control/employee education nurse. She was promoted to the chief nursing officer in 2016.

Theresa Falls

Theresa Falls, OT

Director of Therapy Operations

Theresa has been with HealthSouth Chattanooga since 2003. She graduated from Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee, with a bachelor’s degree in Biology in 1996 and received her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, in 2000. Theresa's community service accomplishments include a two-year term on the Chattanooga Brain Injury Board as well as currently serving on the OTA Advisory Council for Virginia College. She has worked as an occupational therapist in several fields including inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, home health, outpatient and school system settings.
Delilah Hughes

Delilah Hughes, RN

Director of Quality and Risk Management

Delilah has 32 years of nursing experience with 26 years in nursing management, including nurse manager, service line administrator and associate chief nursing officer. She has an associate's degree in nursing from Cleveland State College and a master's degree in health science from Jolliet, Illinois.
Karen Klassen

Karen Klassen

Controller

Karen has 16 years of healthcare experience. She began her career as a purchasing agent and then advanced to a staff accountant, where she managed expenses for the hospital and a surgery center. She received an associate's degree from Chattanooga State and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Covenant College.
Stephanie Ott

Stephanie Ott, CRRN

Director of Marketing Operations

Stephanie has been with HealthSouth since 1994 and with the Chattanooga hospital since 2008. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She received additional certification in the specialty of rehabilitation nursing in 1995 and recertified in 2009. Her 18 year nursing career has been in direct patient care within the ICU and rehabilitation setting, healthcare sales and administration.
Connie Westberry

Connie Westberry, PTA

Case Management Director

Connie is a native Chattanoogan. She attended Chattanooga State and graduated with a degree as a physical therapist assistant. Connie achieved her Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) certification in 2003. She joined HealthSouth Chattanooga in August 2007, bringing more than 25 years of experience in case management, physical therapy, developmental disabilities and custom seating mobility experience with her. She was named HealthSouth Chattanooga Employee of the year in 2009 and was promoted to director of case management in May 2010.
